Shipping & Delivery

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Unfortunately, no. Tiny Giants AV is an online store, and we don’t keep any stock of products. We’re a verified reseller and drop ship directly to you from the distributor, so delivery is the only option available. 

  • What delivery service do you use?

    All orders are delivered through Toll Priority. You will receive your Toll tracking number once your order has been delivered from the distributor.

  • Can I organise for another courier to deliver my order?

    We work directly with Toll Express, so unfortunately there is no option for your order to be delivered by an alternative courier service. 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Generally, if orders are placed before 12pm, they should be delivered the next day to metropolitan areas. If orders are placed after 12pm, they should be delivered within 48hrs to metro areas.

    *Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed. Once your order has been processed with Toll, we unfortunately have no control over the delivery process.

  • Can I ensure next day delivery?

    If you place your order before 12pm, generally you will receive your order the next day.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is a $25 AUD flat rate for all orders.

  • What happens if I’m not at the address to receive my order?

    As per Toll’s policy, the driver can choose whether it’s safe to leave your package at the address without a signature, even though a signature is required. If your order is taken back to a depot, you can contact Toll for a pickup however we cannot guarantee or request this to be the case. Because of this, in order for your delivery to arrive safely, we require you to nominate an address that will always have someone present to receive the delivery.

  • How can I track my order?

    To monitor the status of your order, enter your tracking number on the Toll Express website tollgroup.com/toll-tracking for a live update, alternatively you can contact Toll directly on (03) 9644 5200.

    *Please note that you can find your Toll Express tracking number on your order confirmation email once the order has been dispatched. If the item is out of stock this will happen once the item is back in stock.

  • Who should I contact if my order is delayed / lost?

    Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will need to contact Toll Express directly on (03) 9644 5200. We unfortunately have no control over shipping times / delays.

    If your order has been lost, you can contact us at hello@tgav.au with your order details so we can investigate and get in touch with you as soon as possible.

  • What are the payment method options?

    All major card payment options are available, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, and Union Pay with no additional charge. You can also process your payment through Apple Pay or Pay with Browser (Google).
